SHIPPING POLICY
1. Product information
Through this website, we market, sell and distribute our sustainable products. The particular characteristics of our designs will be specifically informed in the description of each product, as well as the necessary care to keep Scalff products in perfect condition.
2. Price and taxes
They are those marked in each case, expressed in euros (€), and must include intra-community VAT taxes at European level. Shipping costs are not included and are those detailed in paragraph 6.
3. Availability
The stock of each product will be indicated in the description of each product.
– Standard: 3 to 5 days
– Express: 24/48h
4. Method of payment
Payments will be made at the time of placing the order and can be made through Paypal and/or Stripe, both secure payment platforms.
5. Shipping
Once the payment has been confirmed, the preparation and shipping time of the products, as reported in the “Availability” section, is a maximum of 10 working days for products that are in stock.
Shipments will be made both to Spain and at European level. For this end:
– National shipments: will be made by carriers and its amount varies depending on the desired delivery time, Standard or Express. You will be able to consult the exact price in the ‘Shopping Cart’. We do not ship to the Canary Islands.
– Shipments to Europe: will be made by carriers and the amount is calculated according to the destination country. You will be able to consult the exact price in the ‘Shopping cart’.
6. Prohibitions
The reproduction, diffusion, sale, distribution or commercial use of the products purchased, either in whole or in part, is forbidden.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These legal conditions have been drafted under Spanish law. In case of conflict in the interpretation of these conditions, the competent jurisdiction will be that of the buyer’s domicile and, subsidiarily, the Courts of Girona.
8. Modification of the conditions of sale
These conditions may be modified at any time, according to the evolution of this website and the contents offered in it.
9. Acceptance of the conditions of sale
The acquisition of any product offered on this website implies knowledge and acceptance of the legal conditions – legal notice and conditions of purchase – of this website.
